Halah Al-Jubeir

Halah Al-Jubeir is Managing Director for Saudi Arabia at Antler, leading early-stage investments and founder development to accelerate innovation across MENAP. She brings over 20 years of global experience in strategy, development, and investment.

She has advised startups on fundraising, localization, and partnerships. As Vice President at HALO Space, she supported the company’s entry into Saudi Arabia and helped lay the foundation for future operations and a flagship base in the Kingdom.

Previously, Halah spent 12 years at the International Finance Corporation, driving private sector growth, sustainable infrastructure, and donor engagement in emerging markets. She holds an MBA from Harvard and degrees from Georgetown.
